Happy New Year!

Dear Friends!

We are about to end this year and enter a new year.
For me, this is a time to think through my life;
my values, my goals and achievements.
I also like to make a gratitude list.

I want you to take a moment and think through some questions.
Find a piece of paper and write it down:

How was 2007?

1. What did you achieve?
2. What did you learn?
3. What made you grow; mentally, spiritually, emotionally?
4. When did you feel successful or most fulfilled? Describe the feeling in details.
5. When you see all you have done through your life, do you see a pattern? Are there situations or themes that keep coming back? This can indicate your life theme that tells you what your life purpose is.

What are do you want for 2008?

1. What are your wishes, dreams, goals and plans?
2. Look at the different aspects of your life:
- career
- family and friends
- your close relationship/romance
- fun and recreation
- health
- money
- personal growth
- physical environment

How will you rank your level of satisfaction in the different areas from 0 to 10 (10 is maximum)?
Now choose one or two areas you are not satisfied with (an area where you would like improvement), and make a decision to do something about it this coming year.
Write down what you want to do and set a date for when you want to achieve your goal. Then you can visualize and see yourself as if you already achieved what it is you want. Make it powerful and real, with strong positive feelings. (Remember how you feel when you have succeeded in the past, and bring that feeling into your future plans.)

Did you write it down?
Remember that to write it down brings power to your thoughts.

And never forget: THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS AND DREAMS CAN COME TRUE!

I wish you all a wonderful new year, filled with joy, inner peace, love, and mental, spiritual and emotional fulfilment.

Remember: You are a magnificent creator or your own life.

- Follow your bliss, and the Universe will open doors for your where there were only walls. (Joseph Cambell)

With love and care,
